In the course of providing recruitment services, we will also collect and use information about our clients, including individuals within an organisation. 

We will only use your personal data in order to provide services to you, such as sending your information to our clients where you have expressed an interest in applying for a position with that client. Such personal details are only forwarded onto clients after discussion and consent. 

Data is only used by the director(s) of Cuckoo Recruiter and is not shared with third party partners.

You directly provide Cuckoo Recruiter with most of the data we collect. This can be obtained in the following ways:

• From correspondence to us by phone or email;
• From registering online;
• From third parties such as online job boards and LinkedIn;

Data is stored on a secure database which is accessed only by Cuckoo Recruiter.

Data is retained for a period of three years on a rolling basis. During this period we will be updating you and requesting that your data be retained on this three year rolling basis.
